Dominique Gabriella
Founder & Leader
Founder and Leader of On The Scene Dominique Gabriella, has been working in the music industry for over 17 years. With a background in electronic media productions and band management she is extremely passionate about live and local music in the Springfield, MO area. In addition to promoting music, Dominique has worked with other local organizations in the 417 such as the Springfield Area Music Industry and Deitra Magazine.
The OTS team comes from a variety of backgrounds and talents but all share a common passion for the local music scene. The OTS team is composed of experienced staff members, hosts and media team. Learn more about them here
Adam Bass
Cofounder & Media Director
Cofounder and Media Director of On the Scene. Producer, director, videographer, photographer and graphic designer. Been here since the beginning and keep striving to make it better and more successful.
Angela Rose
Assistant
Angela Rose was born and raised in the surrounding Springfield area. She teaches English as a second language and pursues many hobbies including traveling, upcycling, blogging, and making Tik Tok videos.
Nikki Henderson
Host
Nikki Henderson has always had a passion for music since she was young. This passion inspired her to go to school for Business & Audio Education. Having over 15 years experience in the Springfield music scene, her passion is studio recording, songwriting, media production, and supporting local music everywhere. Some musical endeavors include being a singer/songwriter of Alternative Rock music, participating with bands around the area for the past 10 years and performing over 100 shows.
Correna Jane
Host
Correna Jane is a singer/songwriter and the front-woman of the local band, Unessential Jane, a mixture of neo-soul and jazzy lofi provide just the right amount of chill vibes and a groovy melody.
Ron Preston
Host
Ron Preston is a singer/songwriter, award-winning actor, musician, and recording artist. A born performer, Ron lives and loves to entertain. Born and raised in the American Midwest, Ron struck out for the big city lights of New York soon after graduating from high school. Ron worked off-Broadway as an actor, played in a punk rock outfit in the then-burgeoning movement, and hung with the Not Ready for Prime Time Players.

Robert & Cheryl Crook
Photographer & Media Creator
Robert and Cheryl Crook are a husband and wife team that owns Zen Lens Photomedia – a local photography, videography, and graphics services business. Robert and Cheryl have a deep love and heartfelt appreciation for all things family, music, arts, the outdoors, and basically fun of all sorts! They are proudly partnered with On The Scene and love our shared mission of raising awareness and appreciation of local music and art.
Brad Keeling
Photographer & Media Creator
Brad has always had an interest in three things: cars, music, and photography. From a young age, Brad could be found with a camera or car magazine always somewhere within reach. While focusing on music during his early years, Brad transitioned into graphic design and photography when enrolling in college. Now, Brad is a photographer and media creator for On the Scene, as well as creating freelance automotive and graphic design content within the local community.
